The SMSF Association wrote to Mr James Shipton, Chair, ASIC, in relation to the SMSF Fact Sheet  published in October 2019 and was the subject of questions during the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Corporations and Financial Services (PJC) hearing last week. We understand that ASIC is reviewing this Fact Sheet in light of feedback from the pilot and the latest 2017-18 annual ATO SMSF statistics which were published in June.
